There are four things that affect the sale and the selling price of your house.

You cannot change the location or the current real estate market.

You can change the condition of your house and its' presentation.

Staging is best done before the home ever goes on the market.  Using the services of a Canadian Staging Professional will help you do these last two things and positively improve the selling price of your house.  By using a good CSP™, no matter what you need to spend on your home to make it ready for the market, it will be far cheaper than your first price reduction would have been when it didn't sell.

• Make good essential repairs.
